In addition to winning ABC's Skating with the Stars shortly before Christmas, Budig also got engaged to Michael Benson, her boyfriend of nine months, on Christmas Day.
"We don't have any wedding plans yet,"She told People. "He's an amazing man and we're just really happy."Benson, a television marketing executive, proposed to the Skating with the Stars champion on Christmas Day with a vintage ring featuring a ruby and an old European cut diamond.
