Biography
Jennifer England was born on July 11, 1978, in Lansing, Michigan. Growing up with two brothers, Jennifer England didn’t exactly turn out to be a Barbie and My Little Pony type of girl. She spent the majority of her childhood engaged in a variety of outdoor sports, including softball and tackle football. When she was 8 years old, Jennifer England signed up for swimming lessons and eventually parlayed her burgeoning prowess in the water into a series of congratulatory ribbons.

Once she entered high school, however, Jennifer England dropped the tomboy look and started emulating her more girlie friends and fellow classmates (which, as she says, meant “wearing skirts instead of pants”). Though she had grown up thinking she’d eventually become a veterinarian, when she turned 16, Jennifer England -- along with probably every guy at her high school -- realized she had a good shot at becoming a model or actress.
jennifer england moves to l.a.
It wasn’t long before Jennifer England had moved to Los Angeles that she started landing high-profile gigs for such brand names as Guess, Reebok and Coca-Cola. In 2006, Jennifer England entered a contest designed to find World Wrestling Entertainment’s newest diva in a program entitled, appropriately enough, WWE Diva Search. Though she made it right up to the finals, Jennifer England -- along with fellow participants such as Milena Roucka and Maryse Ouellet -- ultimately lost the competition to Layla El. Somehow, we like her even more for not winning the diva title.
jennifer england does dodgeball
Despite losing the diva title, Jennifer England’s acting career had already begun with small role opposite Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn in 2004’s Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story. Blame it on the role in Dodgeball, but Jennifer England’s inner tomboy resurrected itself. The actress decided to use her athletic abilities to her advantage by pursuing work as a stunt double in big-budget endeavors. Her first gig in such a capacity was on Joe Carnahan’s 2006 action flick Smokin’ Aces, where she found herself working side-by-side with familiar faces like Ben Affleck, Ryan Reynolds and Common.

She even landed a short-lived job as one of “Barker’s Beauties” on The Price is RightXARM. and booked gigs on heavily trafficked commercials for Captain Morgan and Direct TV. Her most high-profile job to date, however, remains her ongoing work with the on-demand network Ripe TV, where she acts as a sideline reporter for the station’s arm-wrestling program
